WHAT:
Ever wonder what happens to all of the lost gumboots after a festival, or just where they are left after the festival? We are all about recycling old or used gumboots, through the process of up cycling, we create a fun range of jewellery and accessories The range of products will include a ring, a cuff bracelet, a variation of earrings as well as a chocker necklace. These jewellery pieces are made to suite any one. They can either be purchased on site at the festival at our Lost & Found stall, or they can be purchased on our website and be shipped out to you.

WHO:
Those who attend the festival will be encouraged to donate these boots to our organisation Lost & Found, then they will be gifted a piece of their choice to rock at the next festival. These people are invested in saving the earth and using materials that will last forever, looking funky while they do it!

WHY:
During the festival season in Australia there are so many gumboots that are throw out almost instantly after the festival. Creating jewellery using these old boots would save our country a lot of environmental damage. Splendour In The Grass is a festival that takes place every winter, it is know to be a muddy festival, roughly 50,000 people attend each year and wear gum boots which are then never worn again. This is the perfect opportunity to up cycle these gumboots. We will be partnering up with SITG, to collect all lost and found gumboots over the site during and after the festival, we will have a stall set up, up-cycling our pieces, ready to be worn during the festival.
